General
Products are sold by Met-Music Publishing, based in Finland, Europe. We ship products to selected countries throughout the world. Online store prices include value added tax for EU customers. We reserve the right to modify or alter prices and shipping fees.
Orders
Orders should be placed at metmusicpublishing.com
Orders will be confirmed by e-mail, which indicates the price of order, shipping fee and ordered items. Receiving an order confirmation requires that the customer provides a valid email address when placing the order. Customer is committed to terms of delivery during each order.
Methods of payment
Online orders are paid when placing an order.
Payments are handled and secured by Stripe. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Availability and delivery time
Products that can be moved to a shopping cart at online store are available.
All products are printed on demand and shipped from one of the printing locations of Lulu Press, inc.
Shipping time estimates:
- Canada, France, India, United Kingdom 8-10 days
- Rest of the world 2-3 weeks.
Met-Music Publishing is not responsible of any force major delays or any damage to the products caused during shipping.
Delivery

Please note that some additional customs, duties and brokerage charges may apply depending on your location and those will be collected at the time of delivery. To avoid any unexpected charges, we advise all our customers to contact local customs office for more information before placing an order. For all non-EU countries, the product prices at metmusicpublishing.com are exclusive of all taxes and duties. The customer is in charge of all the additional payments mentioned above.
A customer can order products to his/her own address or name someone else as recipient. In that case, we require complete address and contact information of both the recipient and the orderer.
Shipping fees
Shipping fee is paid in conjunction with the order.
Standard shipping fee is worldwide 8.00 eur and delivery time is typically between 2 and 3 weeks.
Terms of exchange and return
The products are prepared for the customer on order and all sales are final.
EU: According to European consumer protection law a customer has the right to exchange or return unwanted products within 14 days of receiving the ordered items. Write to contact@metmusicpublishing.com for exchange/return instructions. The customer is responsible for any postal fees caused by exchange or return. The right to return concerns only unused products which are in their original packages and in resaleable condition. We will check the condition of all returned products before making a refund. A customer is liable for any returned items until we have received them.
